The data provides geospatial information for parcels of land within Edmonton's mature neighbourhoods that have been approved for subdivision or are currently in review for a subdivision application.

The City of Edmonton has shifted the delivery of legal and title parcel mapping to the provincial government and their designated partners. As of November 1st, 2021, the City will no longer provide datasets with land parcel boundary polygon geometry. Alberta Data Partnerships (ADP) - https://abdatapartnerships.ca/ - and their joint venture partner AltaLIS - https://www.altalis.com - now have the responsibility for making this information available for most of the province, including within the City of Edmonton.

When an independent developer begins a residential or commercial project they also develop the roadways to accommodate any traffic impact from the future development. These projects are funded and managed exclusively by the developer. It is the City of Edmonton’s responsibility to ensure the developers are complying with the approved standards and specifications.

This dataset contains the list of Election day voting stations, building name, address, along with the geometry point location for the 2021 Edmonton Election. Election Day is October 18 and voting stations will be open from 9am until 8pm.

This dataset contains the list of advance voting stations, the building name, address, along with the geometry point location for the 2021 Edmonton Election. Advance Voting will take place starting October 4 to 13, 1-7pm including Thanksgiving Monday (October 11).
